New Member Benefits

Any current SLCC members who purchase a home in the Villas at SLCC will be entitled to the following credits on their account. Credits will be determined by the member's current membership level and will be applied equally over three years.

Notes: Any resale of these properties will not result in a credit of any kind. Credits are not transferable. Credits will expire 12 months after closing.

Anyone who purchases an Eastbrook home within the Villas at SLCC community will be eligible for benefits if they also decide to join Spring Lake Country Club as a member.
